A proposed Settlement has been reached iwith the Mullinax Ford of Central Florida Inc.("Mullinax" or "Defendant"), to resolve the legal claims pertaining to Private Information that was potentially compromised in the Data Incident discovered by Mullinax Ford of Central Florida, Inc. in February 2026 (the "Data Incident").

The Settlement Class includes: 4,038 United States citizens whose Private Information was potentially compromised in the Data Incident discovered by Mullinax Ford of Central Florida, Inc. in February 2026.

Under the Settlement, Mullinax has agreed to provide certain benefits to Settlement Class Members who submit valid and timely claims.
